How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of 275 Zloty for delivery across Poland.
Who will deliver my order?
We work with our network of delivery partners, and your order will come to you from one in your area. In some cases, we will deliver your items directly from our factory, depending on your location and stock availability. You will find the details of your delivery in your shipping confirmation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to support customer collections.
How will my order be delivered?
We want your delivery to be as straightforward as possible. Our delivery partners will aim to unload your items where it’s most convenient for you to begin your installation, so please consider where you would like this to be ahead of their arrival and make a clear path for them if possible.
How long will it take?
We aim to deliver all orders within five working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an updated delivery date from our delivery partner.
If this date is inconvenient, please contact the delivery partner directly with the details provided to rearrange.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
No one likes missing things, so we do everything we can to make sure you know when your delivery will be. Please contact us, or your delivery partner as soon as possible if the date provided is unsuitable.
Please note, we are unable to leave orders at a property without someone to accept the order. For this reason, we may contact you via telephone prior to our arrival. If delivery is attempted and we are unable to leave the items you may need to pay a repeat shipping charge.
