Returns

We hope that you are very happy with your Betafence purchase.

If you decide it’s not right for you, you have the right to return your items to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.

To return the item you no longer want, please be aware of the following:

• You can contact us via the Contact Us form (select “I want to Cancel / Return my Order”) or you can complete the Right to Withdraw Notice below and send this to us to notify us of your intention to return the items
• Products may be unpacked but must not be damaged
• Products must be transported on the original vertical wooden pallet on which the order was delivered
• Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your intention to return
• We will contact you to arrange the collection of the goods
• We will process your refund once we have received your returned goods
• If you choose to return the goods after 14 days of receipt, then you are responsible to arrange the collection and return of the goods to us.

In the event that items in your order are damaged when you receive them, please contact us immediately using the Contact Us form. We will quickly be in touch to gather further information and photos from you so we can put this right as quickly as possible.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
(instruction based on the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without reason.

The right of withdrawal expires after the end of 14 days of the day you have come into possession of a thing or a third party indicated by you, other than a carrier, has come into possession of the thing.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

of your decision of withdrawal from this agreement in the form of an explicit statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).

You can, but are not obliged to, use a withdrawal form.

You can also fill in and send the withdrawal form or any other explicit statement via our website: https://sklep.betafence.pl/en_GB/page/returns. In this case, we will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of your notice of withdrawal in a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) to you.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you notify us of your exercising the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund you all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your delivery other than the cheapest ordinary delivery offered by us) immediately, however not later than within 14 days of the day we are notified of your withdrawal decision.

The payments will be refunded by the use of the same payment method as the one used by you during the original transaction, unless you accept a different solution. You will never be charged for refund fees. We may withhold the return of the payment until we receive the things or the evidence that the things have been re-shipped, whichever is earlier.

Please send or deliver the goods immediately, however in any case no later than 14 days of the date of your notice of withdrawal. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the things before the end of the 14-day period. You will have to pay the direct cost of the return of goods. That cost is estimated at no more than PLN 275.

You are only responsible for the reduction of the value of the thing stemming from its use otherwise than necessary to check its character, properties and functionality.
